…equip and encourage churches, church leaders, and other Christian workers toward spiritual maturity and effective biblical ministry.
To Achieve This Purpose We
- Sponsor Spring and Fall Conferences for Pastors and Church Leaders
- Emphasize and facilitate ministry partnerships with Great Commission objectives
- Co-Sponsor Northwest Independent Church Extension (NICE)
- Organize local Pastors’ Fellowships
- Encourage men in ministry by developing character and competencies, using a “Shepherd to Shepherd” strategy
- Provide consultation and assistance in times of transition, pastoral or organizational change
- Recommend speakers for Bible or Missions conferences and Leadership training
- Participate with IFCA International on state, national, and international levels
